Courtesy the nintendo_ds LiveJournal community and the rest of the Nintendo-playing planet, several sets of pictures of the DS Lite have come out. Meanwhile, Nintendo has announced the DS Lite will initially be available in three colors: crystal white, ice blue, and enamel navy. The navy definitely looks nice.
The animated Flash images show something that confused me about the promo I added in the sidebar here: the shadows on the top half look odd because it's concave on the inside. It snaps down over the bottom piece, unlike the regular DS, wherein the two pieces fold flat together.
