Nintendo has a new ad for what they call Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, the internet enablement feature coming this fall. I find it a little odd that they're branding and advertising it this early, but I guess fall's not too far around the corner! You can see or download the ad on IGN here. Interestingly the ad is only showing in theaters; I don't know enough about advertising to know if that means they're trying not to dilute the ad with tv play, if it's just cheaper, or they think people will play Nintendo DS before movies.
Looks like they're also rebranding download play as "Game Sharing," at least on their web site. (Maybe that's old and I hadn't noticed.) That's a nice term for it, and a cool discriminator between DS and PSP.

Hey, this means they can't back down from it now!
